 Thursday, June 5, 2008  Lunchies Bar + Twinings Tea @ 2:51 PM Today lunch time i brought something for my tea time break, is some Fruit bar, and honey tea ( i was sore throat)... Lunchies bar stuffed with fruit with strawberries mango and a yogurt coating, Ingredients Mixed dried fruit 66% (sultana,apricots,dates,mango4%,apple juice,strwaberries 3%,blueberries juice,cranberries,sunflower oil) yoghurt coating 14% (vegetable fat,sugar,milk whey,yoghurt) Emulsifier Sunflower lecithin,rice syrup, puffed rice(Raw,cane sugar)  Twinings a moment of calm Camomile,Honey,Vanilla Tea.
